This is exactly my experience as well:
Shorts: 200-500 views
Reg vids: 12-15 views

There are outliers, sure - but it’s clear that YouTube is “heating” Shorts.

I’ve been publishing 3x per week for about a year, so it’s probably the equivalent “mass” to your experiment.

And I assume the heat won’t last.
